Studio C recently completed the preliminary design for Valiant Oaks, a 16-unit Permanent Supportive Housing project in Roseburg, Oregon. Consisting of a mix of studio and 1-bedroom units, the project provides an abundance of services and community-centered amenities. The large community lounge, which includes a computer bar, a kitchen designed for cooking classes, and easy access to laundry, opens up to an outdoor living area overlooking the beautiful Deer Creek. A meeting room, indoor and outdoor bicycle storage, and residential storage units are also provided.
