Project Highlights

  • Multi-Branch project
  • Unique Member experience
  • Multi-functional, centralized, and flexible spaces

The Credit Union new branch concept provides the opportunity to shape the member experience and create a strong brand identity. Spaces and resources in each branch are designed to support effortless banking and enhance the relationships between members and Credit Union representatives. Each type of space was designed with a specific purpose.

The Living Room is designed as the center of the member experience. As the communal space within the branch, The Living Room offers a variety of furnishings and settings to facilitate simple transactions and knowledge sharing. The Meeting Room serves as a multi-function conference room and a visual focal point upon entry to the branch. A unique “garage door” allows the Meeting Room to be opened to or closed off from the Living Room for enhanced programmatic flexibility.

The Member Suites are organized linearly along one side of the Living Room. These unassigned spaces are available to members at their discretion and as a place to meet with Credit Union representatives for transactions or private consultation. Organized linearly along the opposite side of the Living Room are the Offices which are primarily assigned spaces for investment, Mortgage, Insurance, and a branch manager. Collaborative tables, chairs, and wall mounted casework support this elegant and functional meeting and work space.
