adidas Village – North America Headquarters |
- Office and sport field above structured parking
- Testing facility and sport center
- Cafeteria and Coffee Shop
- Pedestrian plazas and bridge
adidas Village is the adaptive reuse of a former medical complex. The project develops the site as a unified whole, renovating the existing structures, adding new buildings, a pedestrian bridge, and a series of pedestrian plazas that connect the project to the neighborhood.
The careful location of the programmatic elements and the strong visual connections between new and existing buildings create an efficient and friendly environment for the corporate headquarters.
This project received multiple recognitions for the design excellence including the Northwest Regional AIA Award, the Portland Chapter AIA Award, the Portland Mayor’s Award for Design Excellence, the ULI North America Award, and the ULI Global Award.
Eric was the project’s Lead Designer while working at Bora Architects.
